I have been seeing Dr. Gorgo for 2 years. She has helped me tremendously with my anxiety. She is very compassionate and a wonderful listener. She has worked closely with me in choosing my medication and the dosage that works best for me. She also challenged me to come out of my comfort zone. She is very honest and to the point.

I found it helpful. Dr. Gorgo asked important questions. She was sharp and clear, professional and empathetic. Dr. Gorgo listened carefully to my concerns and responded appropriately. I have been working with her for two years. Dr. Gorgo's guidance and recommended medication have both placed me on a healthy path.

I have been a patient of hers for about 3 years now and with each visit I left feeling helpless. She has told me "i dont know what else to do for you" put me on medications that made me gain 50+ lbs KNOWING my biggest concern is weight gain, reccommended fasting knowing I have a past of eating disorders and also a medication she prescribed me had a serious side effect and failed to tell me before prescribing. If you have anything else other than depression/anxiety...go elsewhere. Go to someone who SPECIALIZES in your mental illness. If anything, Jessica Gorgo made my treatment plan worse.

Dr. Gorgo is a compassionate, caring, insightful doctor who always goes the extra mile for her patients. I have spoken to other patients of Dr. Gorgo and they all feel like I feel about her- she is a one in a million- the rare kind of doctor who has it all. She listens, remembers what you say and the main cast of characters in your life and makes sharp connections. She can push and challenge your thinking but is also able to be an empathetic, gentle support when needed. If you are lucky enough to be her patient, get ready for your life to change for the better.

Receptionist Rosa was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was hoping to be a new client due to Dr. Gorgo’s high rating, but due to Rosa’s unprofessionalism that won’t be the case. She asked me my social over the phone, for insurance purposes but did not ask for my insurance. She then asked what my ethnicity was, guessed “Hispanic?” and then asked how many people I live with... when I asked why I was answering these questions over the phone, she responded, “because you have to.” I was caught off guard and she repeated, “you have to, it’s our procedure. So how many people live in the household.” I hesitated due to her cold and seemingly annoyed attitude, so I said I would call back and before I could finish my sentence, she said “okay goodbye.” If someone is in the position where they feel like they need to seek help.. that is just not how you treat them.

I do not know who she has working for her but I called for an appointment as a new patient and explained that I was experiencing some new issues within my psychological health. This individual explained to me that I had to be on medication after I clearly explained that my job limits me from taking certain medications. I do not know where somebody who is not a doctor gets off saying that I cannot see this doctor unless I am already on medication. UM WHAT?!
