So glad I choose Dr. Heintzelman!
We moved down here from Ohio last year. As I have multiple diagnoses, it was very frightening to leave my doctor of 10 years. After abundant research, Dr. Heintzelman was top choice. Not just for me, either, but for my husband as well. Lemme tell y’all. She is top tier. Every doctor should provide the same care, concern, transparency, scope of knowledge and heart. I feel she sees it as a privilege to provide care and takes the trust of her patients have in her very seriously. She is a calming presence; When you’re sick, in pain, crying, confused, need answers or thorough explanations, she remains calm, steady and comforting. Please call Dr. Heintzelmans office. I think you’d be very pleased with her. If you just move here, have issues with current provider or are someone who needs calm, comfort, gentle, understanding, thorough, patient, trustworthy who will investigate every concern of yours, she is the best in the area. I would absolutely drive 1 hour to see her if I had to.

I am on prescription therapy so I visit every three months for a check-in and blood work. Every time it is a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly, helpful and Dr. Heintzelman is prompt, concerned, invested and always providing knowledgeable care and guidance. I couldn’t be happier with the entire team.

Before I found Dr. Heintzelman, I hadn’t been to a PCP in 10+ years. I had such anxiety about finding a doctor that would listen to me and not push me off and make me feel like another number. Dr. Heintzelman took all that anxiety away within a few minutes of entering the exam room. I can’t say enough good things about her. I’m so glad that I made the jump and decided to see her. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family!
