Stellar Doctor
Dr. Korman is on the leading edge of treatment for HPV. I have found her to be always professional but also able to put me at ease given the kind of examinations she has to do which can be anxiety producing. I have been able to have very difficult and personal conversations with her related to sexual practices. She has treated me for hemorrhoids, HPV and also done my colonoscopy. A terrific doctor all around.

Dr. Korman seemed unprofessional at some points in the visit. She wasted time repeating points which did not need repeating and which I came to the visit demonstrating that I already understood. She was sometimes awkward in attempts at "joking." She seemed inexperienced with managing a patient visit; there were times when the visit felt directionless and awkward. She did not acknowledge when the science behind her recommendations was less than firmly established, or controversial. After the appointment I did not follow up with this doctor but instead went to another who was confident and experienced, did not waste time repeating things unnecessarily, managed the visit in a professional way, and acknowledged areas of uncertainty in the science. The difference was like night and day.

This is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Her expertise and knowledge of medicine is one of the best in the business. Every time I have seen Dr. Korman, she has made me feel at ease especially since seeing a Doctor with this specialty can be somewhat intrusive because of the things they must do to ensure our bodies are healthy. Dr. Korman is one of the best in the business and has been professional and kind EVERY TIME I have seen her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jessica is great! She is very personable - she made me feel very comfortable meeting her for the first time. She also provided a lot of detailed info on my condition and made a special effort to schedule a follow up with me based on my limited availability - I am very impressed!

I ended up in the ER after getting a colonoscopy by her. ALL the doctors think she did it on purpose and suggested I report her immediately and seek an attorney. I filed a complaint with the Medical Board but they didn't keep it on record. The attorney said because her colleagues were able to repair the damage she caused I couldn't sue her. DO NOT TRUST HER

I’ve seen Dr. J. Korman for at least a few years, for a couple of chronic problems. We’ve had some success, but it rarely lasts. I was beginning to think about a second opinion, but then I saw Dr. Korman for another followup. She took a long time and with her keen mind, asked many questions and considered many avenues. She ultimately suggested several changes in my protocol and ordered a test, and may try a diet. Between brain & compassion, she’s a good package.

Worse doctor ever. Stay away. Misdiagnosed my daughter who has Münchausen syndrome with mast cell activation disease without even any marrow biopsie. She based her diagnosis on imaginary and well mimicked symptoms, feelings of a patient with Munchausen and put on her a feeding tube. Lacks total discernment. That Doctor Let that patient clerverly diagnose herself and confirmed patient self diagnosis. Such doctors should not hold a medical licence. She let herself be deceived by her patient.

I dealt with rectum cancer at 38. Due to my issue I get a colonoscopy often and Dr Korman has done the last 4. She was referred by my oncologist who is simply an intelligent caring person. Dr Korman has been as well. I think she was a little thrown off by my humor laying on table with my rear hanging out the first time but since laughs with me.

My husband and I both went to Dr. Korman for our colonscopies. She is excellent - she explains medical information in "plain" english, has a great bedside manner, has excellent staff working with her for these medical procedures. My last endocrinologist was pretty bad - barely explained to me what it meant that he found and removed polyps. Dr. Korman took the time to answer all questions. Can't recommend her highly enough

Dr. Korman is warm and has great bedside manner. She was very thorough in explaining the colonoscopy that she'd be performing on me. I would recommend her to ANYONE that needed a great gastroenterologist! The downside? Her calendar is booked pretty far in advance. In November 2015, I called for an appointment in D.C. Next available was February; so, I accepted an office visit in the Bethesda office (not convenient since I'm unable to ride Metro) in late January.
