Awesome Doctor!!!
Dr. Jessica Moran-Hansen is such a caring and compassionate doctor. She really does a great job at listening to my concerns, explaining things, and answering any questions I have regarding my ears, nose, or throat. I would highly recommend her as an ENT doctor. Her staff is also wonderful and very helpful anytime I go to see her in clinic.

Very suspicious and suspect billing. Was billed for a procedure that was never performed, 5 to 7 minute total visit was a complete waste of time. Will be disputing this fraud.

I was very impressed with Dr Moran-Hansen in my first two office visits. She spent the time with me, diagnosed my problem when another ENT never did in the past and explained different solutions to my problem. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. I would recommend her to any one needing to see an ENT doctor.

Diagnosed me with chronic sinusitis. Looked up my nose for less than a minute with a camera. On my bill it was called nasal surgery and cost me over $300 out of pocket. I did call billing and questioned this charge and was told if I signed paperwork before my visit it authorized the doctor to use whatever instrument she chose without informing the patient of the extra cost. I went in for an office visit because of suspected sinus infection and was not told this would be considered surgery.

I'd NOT go back to this office again. I saw her for an ear infection and told her I'd been using Q-Tips to clean it out, prior to the infection. She told me that there are better ways to clean it, but she doesn't talk about that until the next visit. This visit cost me $135 and I'm supposed to come back and spend at least another $40 for her to tell me how to properly clean my ears? I called the office after the infection cleared up, and the nurse said I'd have to come back. All about the money.

A week ago, I had a Polyp Removal Surgery by Dr. Moran-Hansen. This was a revision surgery... The fourth Polyp Removal Surgery over my 35 yrs! The last one was 10 yrs ago in PHX and the first two were done by a well known ENT here in Omaha. This surgery was by far the best as far as recovery and just how I feel and felt overall post surgery. The pre-op stuff and explanation of everything including risks, were also perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Moran-Hansen... Very professional MD.
