Attentive, actively listened, friendly with sense of humor. Asked questions to obtain additional medical information. Did not rush through the visit. Caring and considerate.

I left my appointment feeling very judged and unheard. Doctor lacks Active Listening skills. She walked into my room and barked at my 5 yr to turn off the phone and then to proceed to tell me how she disagreed with the med change my PCP and I had thoroughly discussed at my previous appointment. She then went on to tell me what she would have done without even asking me why it was changed. She continued to only ask me questions to support her own ideologies and not once asked me to explain anything to her. Her DO then came into the room, told me his name and asked me how I was, then stood there awkwardly until I finally asked him what he was actually doing in my room. In his note, he said he personally examined me. Far from it.
