My son had been a patient of Dr. Rausch for 2 years. Our insurance changed to a plan she did not accept July 1st. My son started experiencing extreme depression and anxiety. I called to schedule an appointment and pay out of pocket and was told the next available appointment was the end of December— 7 weeks away. WOW! A 15 year old boy asking for help from a doctor he had been seeing. Too bad he couldn’t wait 2 months to be depressed.

Dr. Rasuch is not a good doctor. I have been going to her for the past three years and all she has done is put me down. I wouldn’t call that a doctor. A doctor is supposed to make you feel good about yourself not make you feel terrible. I am going to find another doctor now because of her. She is rude. So whoever gave her 4 or 5 stars should take them away.

Never got a chance to meet Dr. Rausch her office administrator cancelled my daughter's appointment because I did not call her back in less than 2 days with insurance information. I could have very well have given her my insurance card at the appointment. She seemed pretty determined to cancel the appointment makes you wonder what the true motive was.

I have been seeing Dr. Rausch for around twenty years. She has always been very helpful, warm and excellent in dealing with my issues. At one point she might have saved my life.

After seeing many other doctors she was the only one who diagnosed me correctly. On the second visit we adjusted the medications and everything has been perfect since. She is wonderful to talk to, she is empathetic and caring. While we are talking I can see her thinking and analyzing my situation to try to help me further. She is a wonderful doctor.
