Disappointing!
Dr. Richter, my doctor for several years, initially had a promising start. However, things have taken a turn for the worse. I’ve expressed my concerns about her excessively long wait times, which still leave me waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment. Additionally, I’ve pointed out that her staff lacks the necessary expertise to thoroughly investigate and provide accurate information when calling me with test results or answering my questions. Unfortunately, these issues can become increasingly frustrating over time. The final straw for me was when Dr. Richter and Susie dropped the ball on testing and follow-up. As an advocate for myself and someone who closely monitors my health, I expect Dr. Richter to prioritize my well-being and listen to my concerns. Unfortunately, her disregard for my needs has become unacceptable.

Fantastic doctor
Dr. Richter always listens well, spends time understanding my concerns and gives a variety of wise recommendations. She came highly recommended. I am so grateful for her care. She really listens and cares about her patients. I also appreciate how she has a holistic view of health. That is so important to me and can be difficult to find in a doctor. She’s fantastic!

Dr. Richters is probably the best doctor I've ever had. She actively listens what you're sayin, informs you about your overall health situation and the goals that needs to be met. She's also kind and polite. I literally changed my PCP over to her office after seeing how she interacted with my sister and I couldn't be happier.

She knew I was only going to be in the Kansas City area for a year, but Jessica took care of me as if I was a long time member of the Hope Family Clinic. I needed to get the right medication to take care of my medical issues and she never stopped till my lab numbers were in a safe zone. She took time and taught me about carbs and food that I had never heard and I am 56 years old. Thank you for everything!

Dr. Richter is warm and generous and feels like a friend to me. I never feel rushed with her and she always takes time to listen to any questions that I have. She is always informative and clear when explaining anything to me. She is caring, gentle and sweet with my baby and I have always felt like we are in very good hands. Her staff are generous and caring just like she is. She was a patient care tech before she was a doctor and that experience clearly has made her the most understanding.
