Poor communication
Lack of confidence and unclear explanations. I felt “talked down to”and the dental work that was completed by Dr. Ross has since had to be replaced (less then 5 years) by another dentist. If the confidence isn’t there, go with your gut and see another dentist! It will save you money in the future!

I have lived in Clatskanie my whole life I have had several major problems with my teeth. I have always had Dr. Phil Ross take care of my teeth because I feel like he actually cares. I wasn’t sure what to expect with his daughter taking over. I can now happily say that I will continue going to the Clatskanie dental clinic. I always get anxiety at the dentist but everyone in that office is really nice and Dr. Jessica Ross is professional and very caring. A+ dentist in my book.
