Dr Jessica Schwartz was bright, wonderfully trained, highly educated, clinically very skillful and a warm, terrific communicator. Her staff was very attentive, extremely helpful and pleasant. Dr Schwartz makes you feel like you are truly her only patient, never rushed and always available to help. It doesn’t get any better than this for concierge medicine!!!!!

I have been a patient at JMC for many years and have had nothing but great experiences. The concierge office is no exception. Very clean and professional atmosphere. Dr. Schwartz’s approach is kind and compassionate. The office staff has been extremely helpful and resourceful in managing all of my needs. Would highly recommend this office.

Dr Schwartz is taking care of my father and the care she has been giving has been nothing short of excellent. She has been extremely accessible and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Schwartz was very caring in my appointment with her. She really listened to my symptoms and conducted a thorough exam where she explained everything she was doing. I’m definitely going to recommend them to anybody that is looking for a new doctor.

I went to her for far too long for a chronic condition. She didn’t ever seem to remember anything from prior appointments nor took comprehensive notes. I felt like every appointment was her therapy appointment where she projected all of her insecurities onto me, and NOT at all like I was partnering with a competent professional.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with Dr. Schwartz. She took the time to actually give me a fairly thorough physical examination and found a few issues that I am now keeping an eye on. But she is VERY sensitive to an individuals concerns. I am one of 'those' patients that hates chronic medications ... living like a drugged up Zombie is not my preferred lifestyle. So Dr. Schwartz worked WITH me to find solutions to my problems in a way that I could handle. When I showed her a study showing that 90% of participants being treated for high blood pressure no longer required medication, after the bacteria H-Pylori was cleared (with natural methods), she actually took the time to read the study page, and rather than poo-pooing it, said she was interested and would look into it. So now my BP is well into the normal range and she is watching to see how a few other issues progress. SO FORTUNATE to have stumbled on her! If you manage to get her .... thank your lucky stars!

Clearly the person that reviewed on January 11th is a lunatic blaming this amazing doctor for their own insurance problems. Dr. Schwartz was knowledge, thorough, and genuinely cared about my well being. Glad there is at least one doctor out there that actually cares, and Dr. Schwartz is one in a million. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. This is the worst Dr office... The Dr ordered lab work for me as a new patient. Apparantely the Dr. has no idea how to write the proper codes for any lab tests. Many of the codes were written incorrectly and my insurance would not pick it up which left me with hundreds of dollars of bills. I called the office many many times to correct the problem..they said they would and never did They just did not do it and lied about it All of these tests were picked up in the past form my other Dr. so I know they were covered. The worst office to deal with...

Dr. Jessica Schwartz is a kind, thorough doctor and I am so thankful to have found her. Dr. Schwartz never rushes me and takes her time to address my questions and concerns. She truly cares about my health and has the best bedside manner. That is truly tough to find these days. The office is immaculate and I always feel right at home.
