Dr. Jessica Toler-Huerta, DO

Dr Huerta is the most thorough and caring physicians I have ever had! My wife is also a patient, and loves her as well.

On January 2, 2024 I went for an annual exam at Dr. Huerta's office. On March 14, 2024 I received a bill for $945.87 from Dr. Huerta's office. They claimed that I did not have insurance. I sent them the insurance information on March 14, 2024 and they agreed to reprocess the claim. As of May 30, 2024, they never reprocessed the claim. I called the office and they rudely told me to file with insurance on my own even though they are a Preferred Provider on the plan.They claim to have contacted my insurance company, Surset. I was logged into my Surest account while on the phone with the office. There is no EOB on file with the insurance company from Dr. Huerta's office. The office person still rudely told me that she would not process the claim. I asked to speak to the office manager. She transferred me, but the office manager did not return my call. All I am asking them to do is to properly process the claim that they have contracted to do with Surest as a Preferred Provider. I also sen

I've been fortunate enough to maintain a medical relationship with Dr. Huerta for many years now - even referring several family members and friends to her. I have followed her from other practices, specifically to stay with her. She asks qualifying questions to understand your concerns and takes the time to answer all the questions you may have. She genuinely makes you feel at ease. I can even attest that she caught and course-corrected a misdiagnosis that was made by urgent care that saved my life. I will proudly sing my praises about her care to everyone!

The staff is attentive and positive. And Dr Huerta's focus on the overall picture of my health, including my mental health, is very important to me as a patient. Dr. Huerta is a fantastic doctor, very caring, always takes lots of time to make sure your concerns are heard. I’m never rushed! Her nurse Brie, is great too, very caring I love their personalities too.
