No time
Why does it say accepting new patients if she has no time to talk to me for 10 minutes during an emergency? Suffering from anxiety, yet, she didn't even contact me. She saw me waiting in the waiting room, made eye contact, and decided she was not able to see me for 10 min. so I could explain my situation. Too bad. Changing doctors. Still suffering from anxiety, yet I haven't heard from her at all. To respond to emails in the system, it takes over a week.

I've just become a patient of hers from a terrible experience. She certainly lives up to these great reviews. VERY personable, pleasant, patient and professional. Skilled in asserting the next steps to your best care. Timely and respectful. I love her.

She is my new primary care doctor and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She is nice, easy going, easy to talk to and she gets everything done quickly and efficiently. I feel she is nonjudgmental and simply wants to help people. I can’t say enough about her.

I had my first appt with Dr. Zaks this this month. She was very friendly, patient and professional. She was right on time and I was amazed with how helpful the Dr. and all other staff were. I highly reccomend Dr. Zaks. She is now my Primary Care Physician

Best primary doctor I have ever had !!! I highly recommend her !!! She listens to you .... cares about you ... and is very thorough !! She takes time with you and helps u with your medical problems !!! Truly an awesome doctor !!! I love her !!!

Doctor Zaks has been the best doctor I have been able to find by far. She has taken the time and has gone out of her way to make sure I'm getting the best care anyone can get. She is very knowledgeable and has the ability to explain everything to you which puts me at ease. Her staff is also top notch. I have and will always highly recommend Dr. Zaks to friends and family.

Doctor Zaks was very friendly and knowledgable and was not in any rush while in the room with you she explain everything to me so i was fully aware of what she was doing for my care I surely would recommend her to a friend or family member.I have Dr James Hoye as my Primary !!!!
