i love love Love Dr. Connie, Dr/ Doyal. i have been going to him for 25 years, and Df. Connie for a full year, she is on top of my medical and on point. i have been battling breast cancer.for a about a year.

Always friendly and never feel rushed. The staff is outstanding and very friendly. Dr Doyal will explain things in a way you understand. Highly recommend him for your primary care physician!

Impossible to talk to the doctor (or leave a message) unless I have an appointment. Difficult to get a call back from one of the nurses. Will not communicate in a timely manner with pharmacy on mail in prescriptions and refuse to fax in prescriptions. Doctor doesn't seem to have a grasp on what is going on at the front desk. Files are not computerized. The doctor himself seems friendly and takes the time to listen, but the rest of the business seems somewhat disorganized.

Never, new staff for front desk is HORRIBLE, lab is HORRIBLE at Lab results etc etc, this is an old practice that needs some UP training. Also some of the staff are Very unprofessional and rude.

I like that he takes the time to explain things to you. He never seems to be in a hurry to get through with you to get to the next patient. He's very understanding.
