Where do I begin? After years of being overlooked by other physicians, Dr. Flores provided the care and urgency I desperately needed. He saw me as an emergency appointment after I called in tears, and from that moment, everything changed.Dr. Flores and his team immediately focused on identifying the problem with thorough testing and a clear plan of action. From our initial consultation to the surgery, the entire process took just about a month.I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Flores, Claudia, and the entire staff for their compassion, respect, and dedication. The staff is great from the moment you step into the lobby until you leave. Dr. Flores explained in lay terms what was going on. Claudia G. and Itzel L. were wonderful.

Dr. Flores always takes the time to fully explain the details of my diagnosis, and answers all of my questions. He is empathetic and compassionate which enables him to build a strong rapport with his patients. His office staff is also top notch and are always available to help.

He and his staff were simply amazing. His level of expertise, bedside manner, follow up for care was more than I could ask for. I felt as ease as he was very communicative throughout the whole process. I had numerous visits, follow up visits and the office was always on time and friendly. His scheduling team was unbelievable. Jumping through hoops to work with my crazy schedule and were super helpful and informative along the way. I am so glad I have found Dr. Flores and have recommended him to others that have this need.

Dr. Flores was patient, informative and very open to my questions and concerns. He really put me at ease. His staff is pretty helpful too.

Dr. Flores took his time with me any time I had a doctor visit. I never felt rushed. I had horrible scar tissue that had built up from a previous surgery that impacted his surgery to remove my cancerous tumor. He was meticulous throughout the procedure and his whole office staff were great with the after care. I am now cancer free thanks to Dr. Flores. His demeanor made me feel at ease throughout the entire ordeal. I highly recommend him if you're in need of a colorectal specialist.

I was referred to Dr. Flores by my gastroenterologist, as my Crohn's disease had progressed to the point that I was partially obstructed all the time, and had significant active disease. I had been in tremendous pain for over a year, and had lost about twenty-five pounds during that time, as I was frequently unable to eat.Dr. Flores and his staff were tremendously kind and supportive throughout the process. Recognizing the seriousness of my situation, he quickly scheduled surgery for an intestinal resection. Fast forward four months... today, he discharged me from his care. I've completely healed, and my life has completely changed. I can eat again, I've put on weight, and am no longer in pain.This was a difficult and lengthy surgery (almost five hours on the table). It also saved my life. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Flores' expertise and skill in bringing me back to good health.

Dr Flores takes the time to listen and respond to patient’s questions. Every office visit I have had was exactly what I wanted from my doctor. I couldn’t ask for a better appointment result. Dr Flores did a very difficult surgery on my colon with perfect results. The surgery was 3 hours using robotics through the rectum with perfect precision.

Dr Flores and his staff are the best in the DFW area! Their caring and kind handling of patients is indicative of their practice. They keep us informed of patient status and test results. Dr Flores operative skills ae the best. We heartily recommend Dr Flores.

This doctor is rated A Plus in my book! He is most knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He does not rush you out of his office. He is a quiet, dignified man who is soft spoken and knows his 'stuff.' Also, the two we dealt with on his staff were exceptional, Claudia over the phone and the delightful assistant who we chatted with preceding his visit.

After several years with Dr.Flores and surgery.. for ongoing symptoms of colon irregularities, he’s been so helpful, patient, and kind, to explain all my weird health issues! I recommend him highly! 5* plus!

Dr Flores is by far the Best of the Best. He is a superb Surgeon. He explained in detail the surgery process and recovery. He gave me back a normal life. You want him on your team.

Dr. Flores performed a right colectomy on me after a mass was discovered in my colon during a routine colonoscopy. He explained the nature of my disease, treatment options, surgical procedure, and any risks associated with treatment/surgery. Dr. Flores is one of the best doctors I have ever been too. Really cares about finding a solution for his patients. Dr. Flores determined the best way to remove my hemorrhoids while my blood counts were low due to being treated for cancer. I have now completely healed and no more bleeding due to the hemorrhoids. Dr. Flores explained thoroughly what the procedure would involve and answered all of my questions. The procedure was performed in the hospital while I was still being treated for cancer. I highly recommend Dr. Jesus Flores!
