Dr. Jesus Gutierrez, MD

I would not not recommend a provider who addressed medical issues in two minutes by clock and lack the empathy to ask his patient ( my husband) about his recent diagnosis (9/14/2023, last week) of prostatic cancer. I did mentioned the diagnosis into the conversation and the subject was totally ignored by the provider. As the patient’s wife I decided to go with my husband to his last three medical appointments with Dr Gutierrez and always been the same demeanor. You are just another patient, another health insurance to bill and get money.

He was excellent, strong sense of caring and health. Worried about every issue and health detail.

I wanted to run out of the office after 5 minutes of seeing and listening to him, horrible PCP!

I had an appointment with Dr. Gutierrez this morning and every aspect of the visit went superbly. Office staff was extremely friendly as usual, there was hardly any wait time to see the doctor, and Dr. Gutierrez correctly identified my problem (through a test he previously ordered) , and referred me to the proper specialist for treatment to resolve the problem. Today's visit could not have gone any smoother or better! (And the coffee in the waiting area was outstanding!!) Thank you very much Dr. Gutierrez and staff for your medical expertise and compassion with all your patients. And thank you Eileen for my referral paperwork and for reminding me of my next visit with Dr. Gutierrez in August.

I wouldn't recommend this place only because your appointment time means nothing. I was scheduled at 10am and arrived at 9:30am. Someone walked in at 10:20 am at was seen before me. I tried to speak to the receptionist and she told me I would be called next. This was at 10:40am. I was not seen until 11:20am. I was upset only because I had to be at work at 11:30. Why schedule me for 10 to see me at 11:30? Very frustrating and the staff was not understanding.
