Very professional and organized staff ...
I found Dr Shrestha to be a "very patient involved" Doctor with a wealth of experience when other doctors could not determine why i needed a knee joint drained several times, and had to use a wheel chair ,she diagnosed my problem immediately.

Dr Shrestha is amazing and wonderful. However her staff is terrible. Trying to get prescriptions filled, they never return phones calls and were just not going to let me know that they couldnt refill with my blood work results.

I would give her less than one star if that choice were possible. This is my husband's doctor and the only reason he is still seeing her is because she is the only rheumatologist in Weatherford that we can find. She cancels appointments frequently, does not really seemed concerned with her patients unless it fits her schedule, and has let his medicines lapse because the refills aren't authorized in a timely manner. Her staff is unreliable as well. Needless to say, he is finding another doctor if he has to drive 2 hours to do it!

I was very pleased with Dr. Shrestha. She was most pleasant and professional, extremely thorough and answered all my questions. She explained the course she planned to take and what I could expect. I did not feel rushed at all.

An elder is referred to you and you dismiss them and speak to them like they're garbage. Just because you think you're better than everyone else does not mean you are. Get off your high horse & treat people with respect like you'd expect for someone caring for your mother or father. For someone so heartless, you really should look into a new profession or possibly learn bed side manner. You're a disgusting ugly person for how you treat people. You know no

Dr Shresta does not seem to have a professional approach to discussions with her patients. She was not willing to hear my concerns about certain medications and was abrupt with me when questioned about the side effects I experience taking said medications I felt she didn't want to listen to me, and seemed to get agitated when I voiced concerns. She then dismissed me as a patient and informed me I could see another doctor for my needs.

She may be a good Dr but heaven help you if you disagree or correct her. I got the boot "in the name of the Lord Jesus" she said we don't communicate effectively. In my opinion, she doesn't listen or type in her laptop what she is bringing told. When I interrupted her today, that was the last straw! She wasn't reporting back to me what I have been telling her so... No, I would definitely NOT refer anyone to her. We all make mistakes and can be gracious when politely corrected. Not her!!!

Dr. Shrestha's office environment is unfriendly. Her nurse is rude and shows genuine dislike for me. The doctor clearly shows no interest in treating me and even said that there are 50 people waiting in line to take my place. I need to find another Rheumatologist.

Dr. Shrestha was a referral for my condition. My first appointment I informed her I was coming from another rheumatologist but was uncomfortable with the treatment plan. She ordered several tests and xrays ( although they'd just been done) after a very brief exam. Then on my follow up appointment informed me she wouldn't treat me and I needed to back to my previous physician. Now I'm out several hundred dollars and still no treatment. Strange encounter...beware!

My mom describes Dr Shrestha as my kind of doctor well trained, experienced and very professional. She ordered tests prior to diagnosing RA and explains treatment protocols, options and expectations. For nearly 6 years Dr. Shrestha has demonstrated an interested in my mom by keeping up with her activities. She encourages her to continue her active lifestyle.

If I could give her a negative rating I would. She was rude and uncaring and told me to leave because there was nothing wrong with me. I actually have a very serious conditions she missed. She is a poor excuse for a physician.

I was forced to go to her because of a change in my insurance. The first time I saw her she told me to go back to my old rheumatologist, she couldn't help me. I told her that my insurance no longer covered him. She reluctantly did blood work and sent me home. The next time I saw her she said my case was too complicated and she couldn't help me. She would not refill any of my medications and told me that me she didn't believe anything was wrong with me. Do not go to this doctor. Unprofessional.
