Dr. Jie Ling is professional and knowledgeable. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Dr Ling is a very knowledgeable and personable doctor. She has been my primary care physician for more than 10 years. Dr Ling cares very much about her patients and does not hesitate to follow up on findings that show up during routine tests. She explains test results in easy to understand language and she makes sure I am up to date on vaccination and screening tests. She has directed me to several very good specialists when I needed in depth follow up.

I have been seeing Dr Ling for over 3 years. She is very experienced and had wide/deep knowledge in medicine and also very precise in diagnosis. She tailors her suggestion based on each individual situation and always helpful and supportive to her patients. She is one of the best family doctors I have ever met!

Time to change doctor. I feel rush all the time. I see Dr Ling finish seeing the patient and the staff room on time. Waiting for Dr Ling to come to see me. I look on the phone and see 10 min pass. Doctor did not come in. Finally she did come in and go through my lab, CT, and my condition really fast in 5 min. Did not understand her and I want to ask her question. Doctor said that she have to see another patient. Push me out. She advise to she her NP. My friend see her NP and said she nice and take a lot of time with the patient. I want a doctor to focus on the patient not rushing through the visit. This doctor care to see more patient them caring patient health.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appointments have been on time. Dr. Ling is very knowledgeable and professional. One time, I was having nerve pain. I called their office and was told to go to the office right away. During the visit, Dr. Ling asked me some questions and diagnosed that I had shingles while I didn’t have any rashes. Because Dr. Ling’s early detection (within the first 72 hours of having symptoms) and prescribed an antivirus medicine to me, the progress of my shingles were under control. I didn’t get much painful rashes and they healed pretty fast. Dr. Ling has a PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, which give me some comfort when taking the medicine.

Dr. Ling is an excellent and professional doctor, she takes time to listen to my questions and explain my concerns clearly .Staffs are nice and friendly, and the location is a plus.

Dr. Ling has treated my diseases effectively and all my conditions are under control. I am completely satisfied with my care to date. I feel that Dr. Ling is highly knowledgeable. She is also pleasant and efficient. Plus, the clinic location is convenient.

I get the best care from Dr. Ling. She and her staff remind me each important lab and imaging, and notify me any abnormal results quickly. The treatments are tailored to my special needs. I am confident my health is in the best hands.

No wait time when I got there for my appointment, that was great! However, my appointment lasted about 8 min before she hurriedly walked out. When the bill came, it included multiple services/screenings NOT performed during my visit, and the most ridiculous (and expensive) item was to evaluate and document my "patient history" when I'm NOT a new patient!!! My time with Dr Ling lasted 6 min before she hurriedly left but when I added up the individual services listed on my medical invoice, it was about an hour.

Dr Ling new office in Millbrae is beautiful, well kept & always clean. And the staff is always super friendly which is a huge plus! I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Ling. I've been seeing Dr Ling since she have her old office. Dr Ling is the most caring and warm hearted doctor I've ever been to, but Dr Ling knows when it's time for business. I love how she always listens whenever I have any concerns and doesn't brush it off like other doctors. I even had my whole family come on board as there primary physician. Thank you!

The whole clinic is $ driven. Dr Jie Ling has no medical ethics, that her main purpose is not to cure patients or providing quality service to her patients, but to squeeze them in $$. They only want you to take flu shots or HPV shots because that creates revenue to the clinic. If you feel sick as I am experiencing, the clinic will defer you to see an urgent care. They didn't perform a family dr's responsibility and get my illness delayed. A must to avoid. As the whole point of having a family dr is someone is familiar with all your medical conditions and have the records and can refer you to the right specialist when you need it.

Acts nice at first, but then gets prickly if you question any of her advice. MD/PhD arrogance shows through unfortunately. Will be looking for a doctor that I can have a two-way conversation with.

For those 5 star reviewers, I sincerely hope they are real patients who were actually helped by Dr. Ling. For myself, i have a completely different experience with her. Dr. Ling was always so rushed, so dismissive, and never have time for patients. Her office staff seemed friendly initially. But when you call them to seek their help for something, they always said we will call you back. unfortunately, they rarely followed up with their promise. I have to keep remembering to call them back. Many times they would say “i have a patient with me, i will call you back later”, but never did. One just have that unsettle feeling that this is just the excuse. Unlike few years ago when dr Ling first started the clinic (when she was quite helpful then), i have a feeling that they have a lot patients now, so they are just pick and chose, and want to get rid of patients who are in very poor health or maybe have bad insurance. I can not recommend Dr Ling to anyone i know.

The best family doctor! No nonsense. Direct to the point. Extremely competent physician. Explained my conditions and the lab results thoroughly so that I can fully understand. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ling is incredible. She takes the time to get to know you and she took the time to ensure that I was fully informed of all medical procedure before he did anything. She also went out of his way to help me fully understand everything in detail. Love the staff. They are very helpful where to go for lab, imaging, and referral.

The doctor rushes you through all your questions, tells you she has a lot of patients to see, and tells you to come back next time to finish asking your remaining questions. Do not recommend!

Dr. Ling is very knowledgeable, quick and direct to the point, also saves money for me if a test is not needed.

I come here to see Dr Ling and don't know why I got NP to see me. She did not do anything. She just said Dr Ling will come to see you. Next, I don’t understand why the doctor was in a hurry to see me off. I didn’t even know that the appointment was done. She literally see me like 5 min with me and didn’t ask if I had any questions. In fact I don’t know what medicine I should pick up and instructions on what to do.

Dr Ling is extremely knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and has a very nice bedside manner. It's easy to make appointment, and reach Dr. Ling.
