Blames her patients for the ineptitudes of the healthcare system and her office specifically. At first she really seemed like she was going to help my husband and I liked her approach to medicine not just prescribing meds but suggesting lifestyle changes. For some reason by his next visit her demeanor completely changed. She blamed him for the fact that he couldn't get in touch with people at their office and that he didn't have a pee test or blood test. Which didn't happen because they lost his pee and ordered the wrong blood tests. There are a lot of struggles with the whole healthcare system and I understand they are understaffed. That doesn't excuse putting the blame and responsibility on the patient rather than helping them.
