Taken In immediately, very personanable, caring, understanding and he listenens to what I have to say. I have a right sided aortic arch acending and decending. I moved to Florida 3 yrs ago and found him as a cardiologist. At that time I had no symptoms. Recently I began to experience bizarre symptoms that are NON typical of a heart attack or even heart related or so I thought. I scheduled a appointment with Dr. Patel explained what was going on. He sceduled me for a chemical stress test which revealed a blockage. I am thankful that he didn't pass me off as being a looney and investigated my symptoms to find the problem. Now I have a direction for treatment with the prognosis of full recovery! Thank you Dr. Patel for taking the time not only to listen but to investgate my symptoms.

I presented to the ER with a bilateral pulmonary embolism. The ER sent me to Dr Patel and the West Marion hospital. I was operated on immediately after arrival and after surgery, 10 days in the ICU, and 3 days of step-down care, I was discharged to home for rehab. Two years later, I am happy and healthy and full of praise for Dr Patel and West Marion.

Dr Patel very straight forward and cares about his patience..

Dr. Patel was very professional and personable.....excellent communication skills and an overall pleasant demeanor. He took his time and had NO SIGNS of the prototypical "god complex" most doctors suffer from. All in all it was a good and comfortable experience.

No communication from Dr. Patel or associates while waiting in the hospital. Nursing staff has no idea what’s going on. No information provided to anyone.

Dr J Patel is a rare person to find these days, his personal care for each patient is only exceeded by his skills. I have a a long history of heart disease and am grateful to have found him for my treatment. If there were a ten star rating I wouldn’t hesitate to give it to him.
