I like Dr. Gramer, but her young front office staff could me more respectful. I am 52, an engineer and professor. New young staff member was not friendly when I walked in and showed her my new insurance. She did not even ask my name. I feel Gramer is good but not her staff. I am not saying not go, but insist they treat you with courtesy and interest.

My daughter scheduled an appointment today for 1:30pm, arrived and was notified by a sign on the door that they were closed until 2:30pm. She was sent no email confirmation in order to verify her appointment. Tried calling and had to go through some ridiculous rim wire to even leave a message. Now she has to try to reschedule for another day around her work schedule again. Seriously disrespectful and inconvenient, plus the issue of having an ear infection not resolved that is very painful.

Had an appointment June 22 for a swollen knee. The only staff member with a mask on was Dr Gramer. Patients were not required to wear a mask either.

My family has been seeing Dr. Gramer for about 14 years. She has always been accommodating when it comes to referring us to a specialist and prescribing medications that are needed. Her staff is friendly. However, over the past few years, she seems a little rushed when seeing us. It must be that she has taken on too many patients and overbooks her appointments.

she saw me last friday , took my blood sample & said will refer me to a speciali, it is now 1 week, today is friday, i never received any call from her office with the "supposedly specialist referral". So i decided to call her office, i was told, they "will" send the referral today, after a week of waiting, no one made a follow up with me, they said that me, the patient should make the follow-up, when i was clearly told, the specialist will be calling me. Had i not called Dr. Gramer's office, i might be waiting for nothing, such a bs to say the patient should follow up. Dr. Gramer does not care for her patients, i don't think she even pays attention to her patients! Really bad service!

Dr Gramer was standoffish, and basically explained that she didn't subscribe narcotics and I told her I had a pain management doctor. They took blood, and that was that. When I called back today for a follow up she refused to see me and wanted me to go back to my current primary care doctor. I'm not really sure what sicknesses she treats, but she must be very picky. Don't bother to call look for someone else if you want a doctor that will treat you like a human being.
