Dr. Jill Liebman, DO

She complained about having to return a phone call and not getting paid for the time. In the office she was communicative but uncaring. Had no effective treatment for my condition.

I had a family member that was referred to this doctor ….. and on two separate visit, family members said that this doctor was very rude and had an attitude . Now that I am looking at her reviews and the first few reviews is that she’s rude…..itis now a know fact that she is . I guess because she has 30 plus years in the field she know longer has to be nice, sweet , or care about family members concerns. She walks in the room doesn’t even address the patient with a Hi. I’m not sure if she is actually good at her job but she lacks empathy, and customer service.

I have found her very caring. She takes neurological disease very seriously. I have been going to her for almost 6 years for an incurable neurological disease. She has helped me through the pitfalls with my insurance company getting my medication authorized each year because the insurance does not want to pay for it. She is very up to date with new medications and therapies. I even brought my wife to her during a time my wife needed nerve conduction testing. I will not consider another neurologist that is closer to home. She is a bit of a drive for me but it is a drive that is worth it for her caring, her knowledge and technique.

She is rude careless

She was very rude, and dosent care about your concerns.

Perhaps the rudest doctor I've ever been to. She was nasty from the moment she walked into the exam room. I had trigeminal neuralgia and went to see Dr. Liebman for severe facial pain. I told her I had a lot of pain when I touched a certain part of my face, and her reply was 'so don't touch your face there.' It was like out of a comedy routine if it wasn't for real.

Refused to fill out Medical form unless i paid Cash $250.00 for a form that was the purpose of my Appoiment.

I went to her because of headaches and dizziness and was told it was told that the only thing she could treat was the headaches. After my Primary doctor ordered a cervical MRI, I found out that I had cervical stenosis. She seemed to be in a hurry and uninterested.

Dr Liebman has been my Dr for the last 7 years and she has been PHENOMENAL! Very knowledgeable of her Scope! Highly Recommend!!

I originally scheduled with Dr. Liebman because of all the positive reviews I had read. I was not disappointed, she is amazing! Dr. Liebman had already reviewed all my documents prior to the appt, making for a much more productive visit. Dr. Liebman also made me aware of certain options that could help manage my needs in a more subtle fashion. I really feel the quality of my life is going to be better after working with her just once, I can't wait for the future! My sincere thanks to you and all your staff Dr. Liebman.

Dr Liebman is professional and caring at the same time. We have been seeing her for over 2 years and if it’s an in person appointment or a telemedicine appointment she is always the best

Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Staff very friendly and helpful, virtually no wait time before being called in. First impression upon her entry into the exam room, why doesn't doctor have a record of my medical history, pre-existings, and meds? . . . they are part of the records of the medical group to which she belongs . . . She was very nice, interactive, friendly . . although seemed somewhat rushed, listened to my concerns . Her not knowing my medical history could have caused major complications, I had to have my own knowledge of medications and possible side fx and expressed concern so she would offer a different option. To her credit, she followed up with me personally by phone when there was an issue. I really like her style, just wish she might have been more thorough.

I've been seeing Dr. Liebman for a few years now for treatment of an awful and persistent case of RLS. She's great. I've followed her from office to office to office, and am about to make an appointment at her new office.

The doctor and the staff was super great

Visited this doctor in 2014 for testing due to carpal tunnel. After expensive and painful testing she said I was not a candidate for surgery. In December of 2015 I sought second and third opinions on this. I was told by both hand surgeons that, not only was I a very severe case having carpal tunnel in both wrists, but more importantly, after reviewing the records from Dr. Liebman, it was deemed that AT THAT TIME MY CARPAL TUNNEL WAS SEVERE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESS WITH SURGERY AT THAT POINT. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE DOCTOR. I had such severe scar tissue that my surgery lasted much longer than anticipated. She DOES NOT CARE!!! I do not believe any positive reviews on this doctor. In my opinion, those are FALSE reviews.

Saw her for a long time at Miami office, very caring doctor and patient oriented. Takes time to listen. Magnificent office staff. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Liebman is a very arrogant, unprofessional and rude doctor! She was disgusting, in a hurry, and apart from that, extremely rude. She refuses to hear from you when you want to tell her your symptoms/pain. She shouldn't be a doctor or have her practice if she engages in that type of behavior with her patients/clients. Avoid this doctor and go see a real doctor (MD) who actually cares about their patients

Dr. Jill is knowledgeable and empathetic. Her nurse Tanya is always friendly and efficient. She does all kinds of efforts and fights with insurance companies to make them pay for my medications. I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Jill and her staff.

Dr. Liebman diagnosed my problem and was quite knowledgeable. She did all the tests and was friendly and caring. I would recommend this doctor. Hard to find a physician like her.

I went to Dr. Liebman for an appointment to manage my Multiple Sclerosis. I was greeted by her nurse who was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Once I met with Dr. Liebman, she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my problems and was extremely caring. I’m so glad I found her.
