Wonderful MS physician
Dr. Olson was my Multiple Sclerosis doctor for many years in the Longmont and Fort Collins area. She was on top of all my testing and labs prior to my semi-annual visits. She was very kind and thoughtful. I miss her here on the Eastern Slope.

I have been seeing Dr. Olson for 8 years. I have multiple complex health problems in addition to Epilepsy and chronic migraines. As a result I have seen MANY doctors throughout my 50 years of life. Dr. Olson has been wonderful. I have always felt heard. I know that my safety and quality of life are a priority for her. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that I can live the best quality of life possible given my medical conditions. I would recommend her to anyone that is a patient who wants to opening collaborate on their healthcare.

Kind, thorough, and listens
It’s surprising to see negative reviews for Jill. I had seen multiple neuros from Englewood to Boulder and she’s the best!! She went over my MRI’s in great detail and helped me find solutions for consistent issues. I am very grateful for her kindness, she makes me feel comfortable talking about anything.

Worst experience with a doctor, ever
Neurologists are not generally known for their bedside manner, so my expectations in that area were low. Even with that, Dr. Olson was particularly abrasive. She was rude, interrupted, was dismissive, and overall increased my anxiety significantly. When asking complex questions about my symptoms, she became frustrated and exasperated with me, and it was very obvious. Not helpful when you are having neurological problems. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider. Do yourself a favor and see someone else.

Dr. Olson was incredibly rude, mean and did not care about me or my expressed concerns when trying to figure out the source of my problem. Spent thousands of dollars in tests and doctor bills. She found nothing and didn’t care about helping me. Worst experience of my life with a doctor. Do not see her. Trust me and the other patients who have also left bad reviews about how horrible and mean she is and find a true doctor who will care about you instead.

Dr. Olson is kind and listens well. She was very good to my mother. It is hard to get an appointment with her, but that is probably because she is so popular.

The employees at Dr. Jill’s office are the worst I have ever seen. And she isn’t the best either. They don’t care about patients. They don’t listen. Terrible experience. No, I would never recommend them.

Dr. Jill Olson saved me. My issues were causing my health to spiral down. The first time I met with her she was truly concerned about my health. She work diligently and thoroughly to diagnose my issue and explain every detail to me. I have been seeing her about a year now and in that time, with her help and reassurance, I have become a productive positive community member, mother, daughter, wife and employee. I highly recommend Dr. Jill Olsen and I am so fortunate that I found her. - Lisa
