I have been a patient of Dr. Reed since 2008, and I can confidently say that she and her staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Reed truly cares about her patients, going above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I'll never forget the time she opened her practice on a late Saturday evening, during a thunderstorm, just to help treat my mother, who wasn't even a patient of hers at the time. This level of dedication is truly remarkable. Additionally, Dr. Reed's self-pay prices are affordable, which is a great benefit. My two boys, aged 8 and 5, absolutely love going to their dentist appointments with Dr. Reed. Her office is not only professional but also welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Reed and her team for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

On 4 August 2021, I had an appointment with Dr. Reed at 4:45 PM. I ended up waiting until 6:15 PM. I waited a total of 1.5 hours for Dr. Reed. Instead of taking reposnisibiltiy, Dr. Reed tried to justify her lack of integrity in keeping appointments by blaming her staff. She said that she was not getting much needed help from her staff members, and that she was hoping to find a good assitant, who she would personally train. While I was waiting for 1.5 hours, Ms. Barbara, who works at Dr. Reed's office, was very apologetic. When I asked Barbara if Dr. Reed was always late. Barbara authentically said, "Yes, she is always running behind schedule." Dr. Reed did a filling on tooth #3 (Top Right area). The area started bothering me soon afterwards, and I ended up going to an Endodontist. The CT scan findings were that Dr. Reed did the filling too close to the nerve, and that was the only thing as per CT scan which might cause the radiating discomfort all the way to my right eye.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to....always late, revolving door of staff...doesn’t explain procedures and then charges you more than agreed on...she totally messed up my teeth.she caused me pain and disfigured my teeth ..my bite is off And I’m in pain and uncomfortable ALL the time...don’t go, there are so many other great dentists out there...

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Reed. I was having some tooth pain and a neighbor referred me to her. The office was able to fit me in that day and I saw Dr. Reed who noticed that it was my wisdom tooth which was giving me the problem. I've been putting off getting them removed the last 15 years because I am completely scared of the entire process including the alleged aftermath of bloody gauzes everyone tells you that you have to deal with. But, Dr. Reed thoroughly explained her experience removing wisdom teeth (you don't always have to go to an oral surgeon to do it) and also was empathetic to my fear of blood. I scheduled my appointment to remove the tooth the next day (she fit me into her schedule) and the experience was AMAZING. I didn't feel a thing and it's been 48 hours and have had no issues with any bleeding. She said surgery is an art and I believe her! I don't usually write reviews, but thought this great dentist deserved one. Thank you, Dr. Reed!

Dr. Reed and her staff were very professional. The receptionist was extremely pleasant. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was gentle. After I completed the cleaning Dr.Reed can in to review my X-rays. She was informative; explaining every question that I asked. I highly recommend Dr. Reed if you are in search of a dentist. Please wear a sweater because the office is very, very cold.??????
