Horrible & disconnected
Highly disappointed in my experience with Dr. Rushton-Miller. She rushes through appointments, has no empathy or bedside manner, and does not bring things full circle to explain next steps or anything. I cannot rely on her to truly see me or to help as my doctor.

Doesn’t listen to the patient, rushes through the appointment and isn’t thoughtful in finding a solution for your healthcare need. Horrible doctor, avoid as your general care physician.

Very disappointed with my experience. This doctor is dismissive and distanced. I felt that my concerns have been ignored and belittled. Will be looking for a new provider

She is unprofessional, rude, condescending and dismissive. Stay away from her. She will make you feel worse. The worst bedside manner ever! She’s mean and inflicts harm with her caustic comments. Why did she pick this field? She clearly doesn’t like people and lacks general empathy. Big chip on her shoulder. Egotistical. She is a prime example why some women prefer male physicians.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jill! She is easy for me to relate to, communicates well, is detailed, looks at all options and outcomes, is open to holistic care and home birth plans, works well with my other health care providers, takes extra time to make me feel comforted, and is super easy to contact with any questions or concerns! I plan on using her as our family practitioner and child care specialist for many years to come!

My husband went in for a simple examination and was charged $692. He only saw this doctor for 5 minutes. He was giving unnecessary test which he told her he did not need. The doctor will not call us back with a reasonable explanation or to review the billing. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this doctor and walk in clinic.
