I’ve seen Dr. Russell for about a year now. Today was the last time I’ll ever go back. I was a few minutes early for my appointment. The friendly assistant took me back and did my blood pressure and temp, and then said the doctor will be in in just a few minutes. AN HOUR LATER I’m heading towards the front door to leave when she said she was ready to see me. A few words were said and then I figured I was here, I needed results from a test. My appointment lasted not even 10 minutes and I was sti

Dr. Russell takes her time and explains conditions well. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I even like the current staff members that work for her they are sweet and kind and professional. It should be noted that I am a Registered Professional Nurse.

First of all, unfriendly staff and I have always thought that since I've been going to her for many years. Secondly, she wrote a medical record for me that is untrue and refuses to amend it. I do not trust her any longer and would never recommend her to anyone
