Dr. Jill Serrahn, MD

I have been a patient of Jill for over 20 years. She has been such a partner in my women's health journey. I appreciate her style of communication, she is kind but incredibly wise on how to support the needs I have had along the way.

Jill was our OB over the span of three children. We lucked out seeing her for several of our early prenatal appointments & chose to remain in her care after feeling completely at ease and very involved and informed during each visit. Jill is warm, funny, relatable and simply wonderful as a care provider. My husband and I both heartily recommend her!

Dr. Serrahn is the type of doctor that will make you forever have high expectations for any other provider you will see after you experience her level of care. She has been my provider for a decade now (since I was 19 years old). I always thought she was amazing, but it wasn’t until my pregnancy this year that I truly learned what an incredible doctor she is. I won’t go into the details of my delivery, but I can assure you that I went into it unafraid and at ease knowing I had Dr. Serrahn looking after me and my baby. As I mentioned earlier in my review, Dr. Serrahn is truly one of a kind and I cannot thank her enough for her level of expertise, her ability to bring humanity and compassion back to medicine and for her dedication to her patients.

Dr. Serrahn is great. Good bedside manner and she seems to really care about her patients. The Two star rating is based on the Hale Pkwy office - Midtown OBGYN. The office is inefficient and awful to deal with. I generally wait more than 40 minutes for appointments. They book a few months out for appointments and cannot accommodate urgent needs. Their responses to records requests are inconsistent; sometimes they do not respond at all or take several weeks to respond.

Dr. Serrahn is very caring but I often had to wait 30+ minutes each time I had an appointment.

She's been incredible since I started going to her practice 5 years ago. She pointed me in the right direction when I was having terrible pain.. something that not one of the 4 other specialists I had seen had been able to do. She guided me seemlessly through my first pregnancy. My delivery with her was amazing and I felt incredibly cared about. And then earlier this year I experienced a miscarriage and was greeted with literal open arms and a shoulder to cry on. She is the best.
