I've been seeing Dr Burford for almost 40 years and I have never had a doctor who even came close to having both the knowledge and the willingness and desire to help his patient

My doctor for more than 40 years
Doctor Burford's skill as a physician is notable, but even more important to me is his kindness and compassion. As a young single mom more than 40 years ago, he became a critical part of my support system. I don't think I could've survived and raised my children without that support.

Dr. Jim Burford is a doctor that takes all the time he needs to make sure he knows what is going on with you and to make sure you understand what he has told you. Greenville needs more caring Dr. like him.

Seldom do you find the combination of knowledge, intellect and patience, kindness and reassurance and compassion. He and staff will advocate for you in a timely way. You will be well taken care of. He will be there with you.
