Dr. Jimmy Haouilou, MD

I would highly recommend this doctor and this practice! From the front desk to all of the office staff including the scheduling secretary Keisha, I was impressed! Dr. Jimmy made me feel so at ease and during my procedure we had back and forth fun with jokes! I almost forgot why and what was happening being I was so nervous prior to my procedure! The procedure went great and the follow up was explained well! He answered every question I had! After working in a medical office for 23 years I am quick to judge on the personnel and the doctors! I highly recommend this office for its professionalism and efficiency! Dr. Jimmy H. Gets an A+ for all of the above!

Dr. Haouilou shares his office with Dr. Jaecklein who performed a successful procedure for PAD; however, the follow up appointments with this office was a huge disappointment. The office is NOT practicing any social distancing despite the Covid pandemic. In addition, I was given a prescription for the wrong medication when leaving the office (it was for a male patient)! The billing department left me on hold for over forty minutes and did not return my phone inquiries for over two weeks. Although these doctors have good reviews for their surgical expertise, their office staff and office procedures certainly need major improvement.

Visited regarding previous testings. Surgery was recommended and done, and with the corrective surgery of a 90% blockage, I am thankful for Dr. Haouilou.

Dr. Haouilou is a competent doctor, but his office staff is a good reason not to put your care in his hands. They don't return phone calls, answer questions and are really quite dismissive. Considering seeking care from another physician.
