3 Month check up
My vitals and weight was checked and meds updated. Then Doc. Came in and checked heart, lungs & etc. Then discussed issues and said our goodbyes as he is retiring.

Dr. Heath has always provided me with the best care. He was very thorough and I will continue to use him as long as he is available. On a sidenote, I am very dissatisfied with the continued Saint Francis policy of forced masks.

Dr. Heath was responsible for handling a simple pre-employment drug screen. When testing was scheduled, I informed all parties of my medical marijuana prescription prior to employment and also my cessation of said medication, as it was required for my position. Upon informing Dr. Heath of this, I was told that my prescription card was an invalid form of identification for a positive result, but if I could get my prescribing doctor to send a letter to Dr. Heath's office via their fax number (which seems to be the only way to contact Dr. Heath, as I've tried and failed for 3 weeks now to get in touch with his office), the test result would be shown as a negative, as was discussed with my employer's HR office as well. Despite getting the required letter as well as my prescribing Dr. calling Dr. Heath's office, Dr. Heath failed to honor his word, both verbal and written, this costing me weeks of income and adding a tremendous amount of stress to mine and my wife's lives.

Long time small town doctor. Makes each visit very comfortable. Super friendly and always has been. Kind, caring doctor. He's a busy man. So it's a little hard to get an appointment sometimes, but he makes it a pleasure.
