Dr. Jimmy Khandalavala, MD

The provider was very rude and blunt. I did not feel like he was listening to me or trying to advocate for me. When he came to discuss the next step of plans, he didn't even come into the room, just stuck his head in through a cracked door.

I have, in fact, referred several friends to Dr. Khandalavala. He's the best ob/gyn EVER.

Have been with this Care provider for a long time and he always takes time to answer questions and explain plan of cares

Dr. K is always a good listener and explains the "what" and the "why" of any question I ask.

Dr. K is the absolute best. I don't care if he runs behind and I have to wait. It's worth it.

Pre op visit for surgery the following week - everything was covered

I was very impressed at my first appointment visit with Dr. Khandalavala. And several years later I am still impressed with him. He's very thorough about all my health needs and my exam, I think it's wonderful how he has one of his medical team in the room when he exams me. That's how doctors always did it 40 years ago. When I take lab work results in from my GP doctor Dr Khandalavala goes over it with me and answers my questions about what I'm concerned about. ?????

Talk about a class act! Dr. Khandalavala was extremely thorough during my appointment and attentive. His bedside manner is awesome!!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Khandalavala to anyone who wants excellent care!

I went to him b/c of the rave reviews I've received from multiple women who worked with them surrounding pregnancy / childbirth. My own visit was regarding perimenopausal issues. Clinically his knowledge is strong. I don't doubt what he checked / did. In person he was ok. Seemed a bit bored and unengaged but he did answer questions. He put me on a medicine and we were to follow up. I left not sure what the 'hype' about him was about but not feeling badly about him at all. Follow up? None. I followed up and let him know what the meds did / did not help but no further assistance. Asking questions through the CHI myChart? Clearly not welcome. He is either too busy or does not have the staff support to follow through. Or it could be just that he does not enjoy the non-pregnancy side of the OBGYN world. I get that doctors are overworked right now. That being said? No - I won't go back to dr. Khandalavala.

Dr. Jimmy is the best. He is very caring and sympathetic.

Worst experience I have ever had!! Most arrogant doctor I have ever met in my life. He thinks because he is a doctor he has a right to bully his patients and humiliate them. He might have that degree but that don’t make him better than all of his patients or anyone else. Probably he was nice to some of the patients who didn’t talk back to him and actually agreed with him. Try to have a difference of an opinion and see how he switches his attitude all of the sudden!!

Thank you Dr. Khandalavala for your professionalism, expertise and overall concern for my care. He thoroughly explained the treatment options available, and procedures for completing. I had surgery 2 weeks ago, and I feel 95% better. God uses you as an instrument to heal his people.

He is a great doctor. He is knowledgeable, kind, polite and takes his time to listen to his patients. He has diagnosed and treated me with success, when others could not. He is wonderful, I recommend him all the time.

Such a smart Doctor and very thorough! I highly recommend him, esp if you are faced with difficult or odd symptoms that other doctors may not be able to diagnose. Very caring bedside manner! I will never look for another OB doctor again until he retires!
