Completely unprofessional
NO bedside manner. Sat and argued about girlfriend’s epilepsy he said she wasn’t having a seizure because he poked her eyelids and she blinked during an episode. Wouldn’t believe us about her medical condition even after years of medical record and a 70hr eeg showing seizures symptoms on her left lobe. Left completely upset and zero progress made about her having 8-9 seizures a day for three days in a Row now. Would give a negative star review if possible.

Dismissed seizures
Came into the ER for multiple seizures that kept happening, my neurologist told me to. I had an episode and he poked my eye twice! (As my boyfriend reported) then said I have no seizures even thought it’s already diagnosed by multiple tests done by neurologist. Right after my episode he gave me discharge papers and sent me home. RIGHT AFTER A SEIZURE! Then told us it wasn’t a real seizure and to go home. Stating he has seizures and have seen all kinds. He has no care for patients, doesn’t do any further testing, very rude, and very impatient. Go see another doctor instead of him.

Muscle spasm
I went to the local ER with a very bad neck muscle spasm that I was experiencing for several days... ..I had seen a Dr at our local Clinic ... I was given info & medicine for my spasm by the local Dr.......However, I got much worse and ended up at Cogdell Hospital Emergency ... I was very fortunate to be seen by Dr Stickles in the ER... He immediately knew what I needed to relieve my pain and discomfort and explained my condition well... I was told to see my GP soon and ask for Physical Therapy... I am thankful for Dr Stickles knowledge and care and am on my way to PT...and hopefully full recovery...

No!!!!
The only reason why he even has 1 star is because I couldn’t give him a 0! My son came in with stomach pains and he asked if he had any meds and I said some nausea meds for kids and he said and that was for kids your sure trying to make me feel stupid. Then when I said I don’t vaccinate he said ummm why not?! Then rolled his eyes and said well I’ll get meds ordered and get y’all out of here. No bedside manner at all!!!!

He was rude and dismissive. Very condescending and made me feel incompetent for asking questions. Very disappointed in the care. Oh and after all this, was admitted!

He dismissed my daughter’s concerns before even listening to her. Her pcp doctor/hematologist sent her to the ER in order to admit her. He has no idea what neutropenia is and is rude! He told her she needs to go home. Very unprofessional! Has no clue!!

I would not send my dog to him. I took my son to the ER with severe abdominal pain and he was more concerned that he might have been smoking pot or doing other drugs I told him to do a drug test he declined. He did blood work came back said that had gastro paresis and would not give him anything for pain. I had to take him back to the ER and a nurse practitioner found out that it was his gall bladder he admitted to hospital with a ruptured gall bladder.
