Uncaring
Doesn’t seem too knowledgeable about my condition OR just does not care. Doesn’t answer my questions about labs. Isn’t very responsive, in general. Rushes appointments. Appears to want to get rid of me as a patient. The feeling is mutual, but it’s hard to find a rheumatologist.

I went to Dr. Paul with so much pain with diagnosis from other physicians. She was and continues to be a life saver for me. I was in so much pain I was unable to function. I recommended her for a friend of mine who is equally as pleased. Often when I call and ask a question to one of her staff, she will get on the phone and talk directly to me. I would never change to another physician.

Uncaring and critical. Would not even examine me. Only looked at MRI that was a year old.

She is wonderful and she spent so much time with me. Dr. Paul really cares about her patients and I only wish all doctors would be like her. Plus she solved my problem.
