Incompetent
Horrible person. Minimally competent. Cancelled my annual physical to go on vacation. Took 3 months to get it. Refused to make any accommodation to see me sooner. Next appointment 3 months later. His 1st appt of the day, 8:00 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and the office was closed. Opened up at 8:00 sharp. I was the only patient there. He never came to get me and I walked out 15 minutes later: he no-showed for his 1st appointment of the day. Again made no accommodation to get me in sooner. Next rescheduled appt 3 months later. Got a call 4 weeks before the appointment that Dr Vachhani was again going on vacation and he needed to cancel my appointment. Again refused to make any accommodation to get me in sooner. Next rescheduled appt was 3 months later. I arrived and was promptly brought into a clinical exam room. Excellent medical assistant took my vitals and confirmed my past medical history. Dr Vachhani refused to come into the room or even talk to me because I had a residual cough
