From the staff to the physicians it's always a great experience. Whether it's a telehealth or in office visit. The quality of care doesn't change. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Baijnath & Dr. Douglas for nearly three years. I’m a combat veteran and, on a whim, decided to give eMDe a try after such a negative experience with the VA for quite a long time…. Amazing from the first visit and would very sincerely recommend this doctor’s to ANYONE. I’m their field, they’re unrivaled. You won’t be disappointed, guaranteed.

In my opinion, not a good doctor, I left several messages to speak with her without a return call. She always had someone else call and never would speak with me directly. I told her I was a long-time user of concentrates with a high tolerance, and she only prescribed me less than a months' worth but also said if I needed more, it wasn't an issue, I asked for more, she gave me another 5-day supply. So here I am looking for another doctor and wasted money on this one with 1 month to go before I can buy any medication again. I tried to speak with her directly one more time and was denied. I told the front desk "Nurses" I would seek another doctor and they were very dismissive and high condescension. This place is only about that initial visit and price they charge you. After that you are on your own. Seek a better doctor than this one, there are plenty that are willing to work with you. I don’t know what I was expecting, but would not have been surprised if the office and staff had turned out to be kind a sleazy. They were nothing like that, just professionals doing a professional job. The office was clean and modern. The support staff was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, putting me immediately at ease. Dr. Baijnath answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.
