Helped me when no one else did.
Listened to my problems. Tackled them step by step to rule out what problem could be. Found a problem that others too incompetent or unwilling to contemplate. I had terrible pain ruling my life. Leslie gurrell is main contact day to day. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Hader performs procedures. This works very well for me.

Dr. Hader performed a TURP procedure on my husband in July. He could not have been in better hands. From a cystoscopy the day before surgery throughout his surgery and hospitalization (and even after we got home), Dr. Hader was in constant communication with us. She explained everything so well. She personally came out to speak with me following surgery and showed me pictures of the stones she had removed. She visited my husband during his hospitalization, and called to check on him when he returned home. Any hospitalization, and especially a surgical procedure, is stressful, but Dr. Hader’s care and compassion helped to ease our anxiety. We highly recommend her. Also, her PA, Leslie Gorrell, is excellent.

My boyfriend is presently seeing her for blood in his urine. The first visit we waited an hour and 20 minutes. She never apologized for being late. She breezed in, rushed us, and stuck a pamphlet in my hand. She didn’t allow time to ask questions. She just breezed out, telling me if we don’t get the results from the CT scan in 2 days, call. We have called her 3 times. He had the CT on Tuesday morning. Today is Saturday and no word. He had seen her previously for a biopsy 7 years ago. When we saw her this recent time, she asked if he ever received the results of that biopsy, because there was no note in the file (he had). I was in disbelief. She is a doctor’s doctor - it’s the only reason she has a good reputation...because the doctors who refer to her like her. She is not a patients’ doctor. He has to have a procedure on Tuesday. Hopefully everything will be okay. If not, I have already started looking for another urologist for him. Run from this doctor.

Dr. Hader performed what was supposed to be a 45-minute outpatient surgery on my 97-year-old mother in December 2019 to suction out bladder stones. After 2-1/2 hours, she came out to tell me that it took so long because she had to blast the stones to remove them. She never checked with me before proceeding. She said that she removed 75 pieces of stone. Instead of a simple outpatient procedure, my mother ended up seriously ill in the hospital, with delirium and an infection, for two weeks and then she was admitted to rehab for two more weeks. I lived at the hospital and rehab to be sure she was taken care of. Dr. Hader did not bother to check on my mother but one time while she was in the hospital, and she never followed up with her in rehab. We are seeing a new urologist and he is going to have to do further surgery to remove the stone shards and residue Dr. Hader left behind, when she said she got everything. This is absolutely the truth of our experience with this doctor.

I can not say enough good things about Dr Hader and the staff. My recent experience was pleasant. She and the staff was interested in my well being before and after the procedure. I have visited Dr Hader several times over the years and have always found her to be professional, a good listener and have an excellent bed side manner. I would highly recommend her. Do not go to this doctor ever. She is insulated from her disgusting administrative team. No follow from August of 2017 and it’s now almost April. Matt is incompetent as the office manager. Faith is a beaurocrat who passes the buck. Find a better doctor in this market. There are plenty. I suggest an Emory doctor

Terrible experience for my dad. ZERO follow up after being sent home with a stent. ZERO follow up about a pathology report. Also after being paged SIX times for a problem in recovery after surgery she did not come until NOON the next day!!!! Absolutely shocked by the carelessness of this woman.

I would never refer her to anyone if their lives depended on it.I am in a life threatening situation after a botched scar tissue removal, to the point where I am unable to urinate. The remedy? Send me home with catheters and pain killers. The staff is horrendous to work with and they treat me like a second class citizen.
