Absolutely disgusted by my interactions with Dr. Parambi. She is condescending, rude, patronizing and down right atrocious. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else where your concerns will be listened to and validated. Run!

No. You can't reach anyone in the office. In their recording at the beginning of their message, it tells you to call the office to get instructions for coming inside. If they never answer the phone how do you get the instructions? I called fifteen times in two weeks and never reached anyone.

Dr. Parambi was my endocrinologist for a years and a half. From the very first appointment I didn’t care for. She has no bed side manner. I felt has though she was pushing me to choose one treatment without giving other options. I had to do my own research about other treatments. The last visit was the worst. She was upset because I did something without consulting her. She told I could die because my heart rate was at 102. She also accused me of not reading the material she gave me which talked about her issues. I went back and read same material that was given to me on the first day I saw her and it had nothing about a heart attack or any heart condition. She told me if I did not listen to her medical advice then she would no longer treatment me. For a year and half I did everything she told to me do. My level went up because she took me off the medication too fast and she blamed me. She has a very nasty tone when speaking to patients. I found a new doctor the same day.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Parambi’s for about a year. From the start of the first appointment, I found her tone to be rude and sarcastic. “How do you not know what (insert obscure medical jargon here) means? You should really know that by now.” she scoffed. Ultimately, I thought maybe she was having an off day so I’d give it another shot. The next few appointments were no better. I have seen a pattern whereby she is regularly condescending and often lectures or gaslights me. Her staff are friendly but twice have had unexplainable IT issues that I was blamed for. Every time I go into an appointment, I have to brace myself mentally to withstand some emotional abuse. I think if you are comfortable being treated with disrespect, then she’s the right doctor for you.

I don't think I have enough space to write all the good things I have to say about Dr. Parambi. After months and months of being extremely ill and treated for type 2 diabetes I made an appoint with Dr. Parambi. Unlike all the endocrinology practices near me I didn't have to wait six months to be seen. My first visit she spent an hour and a half with me. Long story short, I have adult onset type one diabetes. I have now been a patient with her for over two years. She fights for her patients to get them the medication and equipment they need. She fights for your health and wellness. She literally saved my life. If you want someone to coddle you she is not the doctor for you. If you need some tough love, motivation, and someone in your corner then you've picked the right place! I drive a good distance to see her, and so does my dad who also has the same type of diabetes I do.

Doctor Parambi is straight up very knowledgeable in in field of medicine . I was impressed with how well informed she was with the pharms and supplements used in the treatment of conditions related to her field . Also the effects of mixing medications and supplements . Some might her "bedside manner " as rude , but she is passionate about what she does and is genuine about her concern for her patients . If you are looking for warm and fuzzy , move on . I'm a bit gruffy, so I like her style.

One word and that is atrocious! She is the rudest most unprofessional doctor that I have ever seen. She is very condescending and has no concern for you as a patient. I will never waste my time with her again and neither should you!

I felt she was rude, has a terrible bed side manor, and, to tell a patient about results of testing through a rude letter is very unprofessional.

The Doctor, although not very friendly or overly concerned about you as an individual, seems quite knowledgeable. in her field. The staff [nursing and office] is atrocious! Not knowledgeable in their field, does not communicate with patients, completely misinformed, uncaring, rude (to the patients and each other), arrogant, condescending, unprofessional and show no compassion whatsoever. To the point of malpractice.

She's very rude and I hate how I felt like she was talking down to me. I WOULD NOT suggest scheduling an appointment with her. You'd be better off to drive a couple hours to see a different endocrinologist if you need one. If seeing her was the only way I could get my insulin, I'd need to go make plans for my funeral.

Nothing but the most awful experiences. Patient care is subpar. It's a shame this is the only endocrinologist on the Eastern Shore. It's worth the drive to Baltimore or Hampton Roads or Norfolk to go to any other Doctor. The nurse Stacey is unprofessional and uncaring and is not willing to do her job. The receptionists are rude and unfriendly.
