She yelled at my partner and I. Insulted us right to our faces and incited a panic attack. I couldn’t even see doctors for months because of her. I should have filed a formal complaint but I tend to just stay home. She needs to retire or find a new line of work. Dunsmore doesn’t even examine patients. My health actually got worse because of her. An injury that could have been temporary, became permanent. She is obviously burned out. Needs to be reprimanded or fired. Surely there are other people out there who want jobs?

Thanks to her, this 75 year old veteran is healthy as a horse. Got me to quit smoking and helped me to control my diabetes

No wonder vets don’t want to come to the VA.

I have had to use this doctor through the VA. She does not listen to her patient. Ever. I complained for 8 years of headaches but she refused to diagnose me with headaches for VA disability. I had to take my own medical records highlighted about my complaints for her to acknowledge my condition. I shouldn’t have to fight my own doctor to receive care and the only thing she did was send me a referral to pain management. I was looking for migraine medication only. I do not recommend her and the VA should be reading all of these reviews, there is a pattern which prompted me to write my review after reading other’s with the same issues.

If I could give her no stars then I would. She is the worst ARNP I have ever had in the VA. She is lazy and doesn’t listen. She gives attitude with almost every response. She ignores you when contacted about a health problem or questions a patient might have. She mocked me right outside the door of the examination room I was in. Just be prepared to be dismissed and ignored. Just a waste of time even trying with her. Might as well start the transfer paperwork to get a different medical professional now before you waste precious time with her. Just rude rude rude.

She blames everything on allergies..Ended up in hospital to find out bilateral Pneumonia was present....She won't schedule follow up test to be completed or do a referral to a specialist to see in person she wants to send them the chart and just do a chart review...She never listens to her patient's or their spouse and always knows best...She does not care about her patients...Will never see her again...

Poor she refuses to provide care. For example she refused to refer me to gastrologist. Instead she told me I needed to go to private gastrologist
