Even after the appointment where proposed HRT was discussed, Dr. Pinkerton answered my questions that were written in the Portal. She even made a phone call to my home phone to make sure she and I were on the same page with the proposed HRT treatment!

The new NP was excellent! She instilled confidence in me, was a great listener, relayed info to Dr Pinkerton accurately and I just really liked her. Of course, Dr Pinkerton is just the BEST doctor. She is so knowledgeable, always gives me the feeling that she tell work with me until my problem is solved. Also is very clear about what to and what not to do- which I really like. I always worry she's going to retire, but really liking that new NP gave me hope that Dr Pinkerton style of practice will continue.
