You can do better
In for Mohs surgery. D. Dong didn’t have pre-operative photo. Couldn’t be bothered to get it from referring doctor. Refused to look at clinical photos I possessed which also had accurate measurements for lesion. Seemed pleasant but …. Extremely unhappy with care

Dr. Joanna Dong has now removed two melanomas from me, her grateful patient. She and her assistant, Lourdes, are wonderful. Even the front desk staff, Samantha and Melanie, deserve praise for contacting directly my referring dermatologist office to obtain the needed reports. Dr. Dong has a gentle manner that put me at ease despite an inherently stressful situation. You can count on her and the staff at Dr. Hendi’s practice to deliver superb care.

A superb mohs surgeon
Dr. Joanna Dong promptly put me at ease when I arrived for a melanoma removal procedure. Gentle, informative, and reassuring all at once. Her manner is soothing, her explanations and answers thorough, and best of all the results: not just a cure but 3 months later a barely detectable scar that continues to go away.Together with Lourdes, her surgical assistant, and Sam at reception, this team turned a highly concerning diagnosis into what you see here: a grateful recounting of a successful procedure by a skilled team.
