I agree with others reviews the staff is horrible. Condescending and dismissive. So unprofessional. I have been a patient of hers for years, and I followed her every time she moves, but I will not be staying with her. I never call and I never complain and I’ve had a lot of pain recently and tried reaching her. Not only was she booked out for weeks but when they had had an opening and I was told I was on a waitlist, I never received a call. I found out they did not put on me on any waitlist at all. It is just nonsense. She absolutely refuses to return a phone call. Even after testing was done. She just has her staff that isn’t even a nurse return calls to discuss personal health information! That says a lot about Dr and her practice. I am really disappointed.

This office seems 'too busy' to adequately care for their patients. Rude, condescending, inept. Did not answer phone calls and messages from an established patient needing immediate follow-up. I doubt they would treat their personal family members this way.

Dr. Sylvia is compassionate, caring and thorough. She spends time to really understand your needs and goes above and beyond to get the right treatment for her patients.

Kind & respectful. BUT that only goes so far when you have 0 communication skills once the patient leaves the room. Getting a response or lab results from her is nearly impossible. It takes over a week to hear back from her, even about serious matters. I understand she is busy but it is completely unacceptable. She seems to care when you are sitting in front of her but the second you leave the office, you are completely disregarded & turned into just another number. Disappointing.

She needs to work on her communication skills with patients. It’s unacceptable to have to call once/ twice a day for a week or more to get lab results.Guess when you only work 3 days a week this part of the job can be a challenge. Then again is that receptionist actually relaying the request to her? Wherever or whomever the fault lies with this needs to be addressed and resolved as it’s a serious flaw and completely unecessary.

I really like Dr. Silvia. She is the first Dr is a very long time that I feel comfortable with. She is kind, she listens to every thing - every questions or concern is addressed. She is great!

She is exceptional in every regard. Her attention to detail, thorough follow up and approachable, friendly attitude meant we were able to catch a very serious, but hard to detect issue with my son. She may have very well saved his life. I am grateful and would recommend her to anyone.

When or if your lucky to get an appointment she seems like a caring professional.Very thorough..It's getting the appointment and any test results that's the problem.My take up to a year for an appointment(Only works Mon.-Thursday)and getting any lab work results is like pulling teeth.Multiple phone calls leaving messages while it's her that should be calling you..
