The office staff is so nice and accommodating. Dr. Mongare is fantastic

I couldn't really communicate with him because I had to keep asking him to repeat himself which made it quite awkward.

Dr. Mongare, became my Neurologist back in 2009, when I had some seizure. He is very nice as is his staff. I do enjoy visiting every 3 months as is needed with my type of injury= TBI/Terminal Brain Injury. I would definitely recommend him, should you need a Good Neurologist.

Dr. Mongare is the most knowledgeable Neurologist around. So thankful that he is here in Athens and I don't have to drive to Tyler all the time, which is not easy when you suffer from neurological disorders. Dr. Mongare was able to determine that I suffer from both CMTX and Parkinson's, which Neurologists in The Woodlands never did. I have complete confidence in Dr. Mongare MD, to treat me as well as any of my family or friends. I have been to the CMT Center of Excellence in Columbia MO several times after I was first diagnosed with CMT and I can tell you that you will not receive better care there than right here in Athens, TX with Dr. Mongare.

Would not recommend. Did not pay attention, said my husband had Parkinson's when he had already been diagnosed with Dementia (by him) and EEG and MRI. Gave med to help him sleep that says very specific that it is not recommend for elderly Dementia patient.

I have been a patient of Job Mongare. Aside from sexual misconduct he is very negligent and unconscientious about his patient. For dealing with my MS he has been careless and unscrupulous in handling my condition. Three times I have had a relapse and he just says "I am sorry about that". Because of this carelessness I have had sepsis once and 2 other times the infection traveled to my bloodstream and created seizures. JOB MONGARE NEEDS TO PRACTICE UNDER CLOSE SUPERVISION.

I called to make an appointment here to get my adhd pills refilled and they were so unpleasant (I tried to use a different word here but it wouldn't let me) I didn't even bother

Dr . Mongare is by far the best and most understanding and competent doctor I have ever been to. I have been his patient for 12 yrs and wouldn't change a thing about him or his staff. He spends the extra time with his patients to truly understand your symptoms and does not usher you in and out like so many do. If you need a Neurologist, ask specifically for Dr. Mongare! ! You will not be disappointed. The true doctor with a heart.
