Dr. Chuang provides wonderful care for my mom. She takes the time to explain things clearly to all of us. She advocates for my mom and stays in close contact with all of her other physicians. I cannot recommend her more highly.

She was late by at least 30 minutes every appointment. Literally made us wait while nurse told us she was having a baby shower. Was so preoccupied with herself that I overheard other patients calling her scatter brained when getting infusions. She forgot an important test to see if I had particular genetic markers and doctor who filled in for her acted annoyed when he realized it and had to get me tested when it should have been done months earlier. Ultimately switched doctors due to her absence and carelessness.
