Born to be a doctor!
Her bedside manner is incredible. She’s really a people person. Always makes you laugh and very good at talking to you. My pregnancy was normal so I can’t speak to any serious issues but it’s like talking to a friend. The wait time is so long though… sometimes waiting two hrs for your appointment

By far the best Doctor
Dr. Lai is very knowledgable and makes me feel at ease when I talk to her about any concerns. She helped me through my first pregnancy and overall I felt like I had the best support from her and the team. During my time of delivery, there was another doctor on call so I didn't get the chance to work with Dr. Lai during that time. During Post Op she really helped me maintain any stress or depression I felt. She really listens and helps you understand everything. By far the best Doctor I have met. She is a blessing and I can't wait to have another baby with her watching over my pregnancy again :)

Wonderful doctor!
Dr. Lai cares about her patients. She listens to your concerns. Doesn't rush you. She's very competent with impeccable credentials. She's proactive with my care. She plans ahead for what I will need for my next visit. Her office group is very busy. There are times I wait for an hour to talk to someone for scheduling or other needs. It is frustrating but worth it just to see Dr. Lai.

Dr. Lai is amazing! She is very sweet and wants to genuinely get to know you. She listens to your fears and concerns and walks with you through the process, step by step. I highly recommend her.

I was in for my annual physical and concerned about my blood pressure which was high. Dr Lai was very supportive nd helpful in helping me see the changes I needed to make to improve my health.

Dr. Lai is a nice doctor but hard to get a hold of. It takes over 30 minutes to schedule an appointment and the office staff and nursing staff are very rude. If you have a question it can take a day or two for a call back. I had to be rushed to the hospital over the weekend because her incompetent staff did not give me an ultrasound as I had asked that evening and ended up having emergency surgery that night. I would not trust my life to her or her staff and never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Lai delivered both of my boys -- she is hands down one of the best doctors that I have ever been to. I had 2 complicated pregnancies and her bedside manner and vast knowledge and experience enabled me to deliver 2 healthy and happy children. I am eternally grateful to her and to her entire team at the office -- they were incredible from beginning to end!

Dr. Lai is a knowledgeable OBGYN with an incredible bedside manor. I have been seeing doctor Lai as my gynecologist for several years. Recently she performed a polylpectomy in my Uterus. She found the polyp on a Monday and the following Friday she had scheduled me to remove it. She talked me through everything in laymens terms and was so kind. The operation went off sermlessly. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
