What a great Doctor
I had a problem and not a lot of time. Dr Reiser got me in quickly, then moved heaven and earth to get me an MRI within days, and got be back in for a review. All in a matter of days. I cannot say enough about Dr. Reiser and her staff, which are outstanding. If you need a really good Neurologist this is it. Everything a doctor should be.

Don’t
Dr Reiser saw my son with neurological post vaccine symptoms. She raised her voice and glared at him in her office for taking supplements to help his symptoms and failed to diagnose or refer.

Worthless and quite rude ...
Completely horrible. The exam was silly, as she spent most of the time writing notes and dictating notes, right in front of me. I felt like I was witnessing her do her paperwork. She was also rude, and outright condescending. I truly felt like she was mocking me. I will never return.

Terrible
This doctor was absolutely horrible, spent over an hour to get into her office just to have her diagnose before even doing an exam. Had the rudest and most unprofessional attitude and was extremely condescending. HORRIBLE.

Dr. Reiser has been nothing, but excellent with my care. She has assisted me in getting the tests, referrals, diagnosis and getting me to the neurosurgeon. She returns my calls and Joe in her office has been extremely helpful while I have been dealing with various insurance issues. Dr. Reiser listens and has been caring and understanding throughout the process for me. I highly recommend her.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Reiser?
Dr Reiser is great and smart. This is the 7th neurologist I have seen for my condition. Strange symptoms that "don't make sense". I almost didn't go due to the 3.4 rating thinking I'd get the same mean treatment I had with some of the other docs. What a surprise —Dr Reiser listened to me kindly and understood. She is very pleasant yet serious which is good. She came to a diagnosis that makes sense. Mind boggling no other neurologist considered it. I'm thrilled with her!! Wish I saw her sooner

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Reiser?
I have been a patient of Dr. Reiser for many years related to treatment of chronic migraine. In 2009 I felt like I was not making enough progress in getting my migraines under control and I made the mistake of going to Dr. Flitman. Within 6 months of treatment, I had a severe reaction to an "off label" treatment leaving me with a body movement disorder, severe anxiety, & depression. I went back to Dr. Reiser who does not treat me as an experiment & my migraines are much improved.

Dr. Reiser was great. She didn't recommend an endless prescription regimen, just what I needed for a couple months to take care of the issue.

I didn't like Dr. Reiser, I loved her! I went to see her last year and my biggest problem was leaving a message for Dr. Reiser or Joe at the front desk. I have record of the many calls I made last year and messages left on her recording. I even wrote Dr. Reiser a letter, to which I got NO response. Yesterday, I tried again and I have yet to hear from her office.

Dr Reiser was personallt responsible for the diagnosis of a progressive debilitating condition that had been misdiagnosed for literally decades. I recommend her without reservation. I have been seeing Dr Reiser since 1997. Through all this time she has maintained the highest level of attention to detail requiring very generous use of her timeI coupled with what I consider admirable insight and compassion. I am grateful to her and for having met her when I did.
