An authoritarian and inconsiderate doctor
An authoritarian and inconsiderate doctor that abuses his power when dealing with vulnerable populations. Makes decisions that considerably impact peoples' lives without even taking the time to discuss with them personally. He should not hold the authority that he does at FHCSD.

I’ve seen Dr. Sepulveda several years and though he’s a hard nut to crack he’s a very good doctor and that’s why I haven’t continued on with him through thick and thin. The what time some of the things I should take him I wasn’t comfortable in admitting he was very professional and receptive To helping me reach my goal. He can see right through the Garbage. I remember the last visit we had one cents a bit of apprehension on my part in what we were discussing and guess what he was right
