I was having uncontrollable nose bleeds and Dr. Franco squeezed me in. He did extensive cauterization and I left his office with no packing. No more nose bleeds. He was superb.

Dr. Franco was very knowledgeable and explained my diagnosis and what treatment he was going to administer. He was friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions and concerns. I noticed a 1 Star review and cannot understand why. As my appointment was 5 Stars from beginning to end.

Dr. Franco is an amazing doctor! He spends time ensuring that he understands your symptoms, so he can determine the problem and then he ensures that you understand the treatment plan. He’s a phenomenal doctor and I trust his expertise!

Great Doctor
Dr. Franco and his staff are very friendly and they care about you. Dr. Franco explains everything well and gives you options for you to decide on. Will definitely continue to see him. This was my first visit.

Horrible experience-7/5/22
I was 25 min early to my appointment..they required 5 more minutes. Drove all the way there, was in the parking lot and got yelled at by their office person Laurie. I told her I had a tire issue on my way due to the extreme heat. She cut me off, was very rude and offered nothing. I was a patient of Dr Feirstein and Fernandez for years and never had an issue and their staff was beyond nice. I will go elsewhere. I have never been treated SO horribly in all of my life. To prove I was there and to talk to someone in person, I went inside and took a picture (still 15 minutes before my appointment) and there was NO one in the room. Unbelievable. If you are looking for nice staff who will make ypu feel welcomed and valued and who you trust for sinus surgery..dont go here!

Amazing
Dr Franco is amazing. He is down to earth and no sugar coating. Being one of the worse cases he has ever seen and the most challenging. He was able to come up a plan/treatment that worked. I would recommend him a 1000 times over.
