My reasoning for even considering this practice was because it was small and I thought I would have great communication with the providers and so on. Well wasnt I in for a surprise. First they lost my medical records when they got there.. it took me 2 weeks to get in for my daughters excema flare up then my daughter got bit by a tick I was calling for 2 days for an appointment ended up taking her to urgent care. it was always something no one did any work there, even to refill a script it took 4 days just to talk to someone. I tried to schedule a school physical for my daughter for 2 days again with no call back and when I finally got someone one on the phone they said not till October.Dr.Gorn only in the office 2 times a month per office staff. Shame on Dr. Gorn for letting his staff treat his patient in such a manner.. I'm sure he has no clue since he is never in the office. Patients with early dementia that dont mind rude, long neon green nails,eye rolling,lazy MA.using the term lit

It is sad that this doctor does not return the patients or family phone calls. When my mom landed in the hospital,he returned theER doctors phone call. Does this seem right to any of you out there? The only time you get to talk to him is when you are seeing him as a patient in his office. I guess it is time to hire a laywer to get my point across, and find out the real reason why my phone calls and my moms calls are not being returned.

Dr. Gorn is just what I've been looking for. He gave me the stern feedback that I have been needing to get my health on track. I hate going to doctors but he makes me feel more comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend him to patients who are looking to have someone keep them accountable with their health.
