He always introduces himself and listens to the issues. He reviews and explains the X-rays and discusses possible treatment options

Dr. Horning showed personal care and interest in the evaluation process and in the surgery on my left knee. I had a torn meniscus which caused much discomfort and pain. The surgery went very well. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, his care for me as a person. I didn't get the sense that I was just another number to be pushed through the system.

Dr Horning explains everything and is easily understood. Takes times to explain the next steps in my care. He wants to hear my thoughts on the plan. You can see he cares for his patients.

This visit was nothing to write home about. I felt that it was more about just them getting a visit to collect the money VS really seeing me for my needs. When I requested accomadations they were only met in the smallest way possable. I was given forms to sign, and couldn't see them. I asked for help, and was just told to sign here, here, and here. At no time were the forms read to me. When it came to my care, I don't think I saw the Doctor for more then five minutes. It was look here, look at this, ETC. When he was told that I couldn't see, he was rushed to just get me out of the office. I'm not pleased.

Dr Horning takes the time you need. Answers any questions you have and makes sure you understand everything. I have had 2 children who had ACL injuries and Dr Horning along with his team were tremendous! Highly recommend OAL and Dr Horning!

He takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns and answers them. I do not feel like I am being rushed along so he can move on to the next patient. Otherwards, I feel I am treated as a person and not just a number. I have had a rotator cuff surgery and both knees replaced by Dr. Horning. I will continue to return to him for future surgeries, if and when they may become necessary.

Always a nice greeting from everyone. Dr asked how I’m doing, we talked and went over the MRI in great detail to my injury. Also talked about the possible options to my shoulder. He listened to my concerns and we both agreed about the future of my shoulder. He is a very educated, detailed surgeon and does an amazing job.

Great professional advice and caring approach

Dr. Horning is among the finest physicians I have had the pleasure to consult with with regard to my existing arthritic issues. He listens with concern and empathy. He provides sound advice and a recommended approach to deal with the problem at hand

He went over and explained professionally about what MRI shown about ACL and Meniscus tears, went over options and steps on what we can do about them, and answered questions thoroughly. Even though I was a bit anxious and hesitate about surgery due to concerns, he made me feel more comfortable and ready to go for surgery since he really went over the procedures of the surgery, answers to questions, the steps, outcomes, and post-op rehabilitation. He is really understanding, respectful, informative, caring, and professional.

Dr. Horsing took the time to explain what he thought the problem was and how to address it. He was nice and helpful.

Dr.Horning has done 2 total hip replacements for me over the past 3 years both were nothing short of spectacular. Dr. Horning is always professional friendly and puts his patients needs first. He explains everything in very simple terms and makes sure you are aware of the pros and cons every step of the way.

Dr. Horning asked lots of questions to understand what my options are, what my goals are, and how we can best move forward. It was refreshing to get honest and direct help in a time of confusion for me.

No gloves, I think it was pass him back to original doctor. His assistant didn't wear gloves while removing a stitch or dressing the OPEN wound.

Dr. Horsing took a lot of time to explain my MRI and surgical options. My case is extremely complicated and he made sure all of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. He treated me with dignity and respect. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I highly recommend him.

Dr was excellent x staff was awesome, although I was hurting it was a pleasant experience!!!
