Very Professional
I was a new patient and his staff was very warm & polite. Once I met Dr Isom his friendly personality made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable & professional.

I am a patient of Dr Isom. Someone had been leaving voice mail. regarding meds, called the office the receptionist hung up on me 4 times, I will be looking for another primary care doctor. Not going to pay for rudeness.

I have contacted the office on two separate occasions to schedule an appointment for my husband. Each time, the office was "closed". No information on the message as to when the office would be "open". Neither message left with the answering service has been returned. Very disappointed.

Dr. Isom is awesome. He really helps you when you are sick. The front area people though are the rudest most discouraging people to front an office. The rudest to at times I have wanted to get a new doctor. Sighing when asking to make an appt. -giving the worst attitude I can feel over the phone when I just want to see the Dr.. Lastly- very unprofessional to the point of hearing not my job in conversation. So Dr. Isom great! The practice and front area - needs some professional training.

She didn't address all of my conditions but she was a great person to speak with bout other personal issues. Every time I think about her and the breast exam, I get anxious and I cry. She didn't approve the refills on medicine that I need. Never again!!!
