Went to the ER with back pain and a history of kidney stones, was treated like a drug seeker, also came in with a sinus infection he refused to even look at my sinuses said that it was not an emergency, not 24 hours after leaving the emergency room and dr jones telling me that my test results were normal I saw my kidney doctor and have lead in my urine. doctor told me that he would not look at my sinuses because this was not McDonald's and I could not just order whatever I wanted. Very unprofessional, him and a nurse were degrading me and badgering me outside of my room in front of other patients. call patient advocate for Northwest medical center still have not received a response, have my test results from primary care and test results from ER will be taking further action.

Dr. Joel Jones cared for my dying 84 year old father in an emergent situation. He showed abundant compassion and demonstrated great knowledge when it was needed the most. I will be forever thankful to wonderful Dr's like him!

Daughter in law went in to er in Springdale with horrible pain due to Ehler Danlos. She had taken to many over the counter pain meds because thr pain wouldn't stop. Instead of helping her with the pain he told her she was crazy and tried to commit her. It took a higher ranking dr to get him to leave her be and get her some pain meds. Not happy momma!
