Amazing doc across the board! My father and I couldn’t say enough about him. He is not a check-the-box doc; he actually listens, hears your needs, works with you and actively supports your medical care. He pays attention. He treats patients with dignity and respect and compassion. He truly cares and it shows - he helped my father with numerous major medical issues over 1.5 years - it was pretty impressive. He was easy to work with and provided us with help. His “bedside manner” truly sets him apart from all others - it was always a pleasure to work with such a genuine professional. He made time to listen and dealt exceptionally well with challenging personalities. We hope to find where he went next since we heard he transitioned!

One of the best family docs we have ever known (top two on lifetime) that my father and I have encountered in decades. He listens attentively to your needs. He actually genuinely listens to your concerns. His compassion and concern are evident in his extraordinary bedside manner. He keeps his cool with difficult situations and knows how to work well with many different medical issues. He made time for my father - and provided above and beyond medical care. He handled and stayed on top of a myriad of medical issues for my father - and handled my father’s personality with care and finesse. So positive and optimistic! We were so thankful to have him! We felt like Dr Massey was interested in actual patient cared, not just checking boxes and collecting his paycheck - he went above and beyond!! we hope to find him again here in new braunfels since we heard he transitioned elsewhere!

Both my boys see Dr. Massey and we had a very good experience with him. The staff was nice and he actually spent time with my kids and listened to them and answered their questions. I would recommend him.
